You can change your mark-up rates and cost rates and it’s integrated with Xero already so all you need to do is add it on and your way.

Cons of Xero projects:

  • It may not have the best capacity for very large businesses as it's not an all-in-one software due to focusing on accounting more than operations side of the business like planning, employee management or shift scheduling.

  • Could be expensive for very small businesses
